Sumberkima Hill Retreat - Pemuteran

Sumberkima Hill is a private villa retreatyou can enjoy the privacy of an individual villa, but still have resort type services at your disposal.villas are different and have their own unique features. There are also some rooms available with a shared pool. Please be aware it is difficult to change villas on arrival as villas have different owners.

Sumberkima Hill Retreat offers accommodation in Pemuteran and close to the beautiful Menjangan Island. Lovina is 47 km from the property. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and You can take our free shuttle to go snorkelling at our reef restoration in Bangsal harbour in the Sumberkima Bay.

All villas have a well-equipped kitchen while the rooms have a small fridge. Towels and bed linen are featured. Some villas have a private pool while others share a pool.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful Sumberkima Bay view while dining at the on-site Suma Restaurant. Senja Restaurant serves Indonesian dishes with park view. The property also offers packed lunches.

Motorbike hire is available in the area and the area is popular for trekking, diving and snorkeling. Guests can approach the friendly staff to arrange for relaxing treatments or massage, and also plan day trips to the surrounding areas. Lessons for Yoga, diving and snorkeling at the reef restoration can also be arranged.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

If you would like to go to Pemuteran for a beachday and visit the Biorock structures there, we have a taxi service for a low rate of IDR 75.000 per way. Free private parking is also available

BOOKING

The payment of the deposit amount confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditionsout below and shall be binding on the Guests’ intention to occupy the premises whether orsuch persons have signed the booking form.

RATES

All rates are quoted in IDR andservice fee, government taxes and Wi-Fi. 50% payment is due at time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival, cash or via our credit card machine suitable for Master and Visa Card. In case of a credit card payment in Bali 2% will be added. The minimum rate applies to 1 andor 2 guests using one room. Children up to and including 2 years old willbe charged if they use a baby cot or sleep in the same bed as the parents. Baby Cots and a highchair are available free of charge. Your rental comes with the facilities listed on the relevant web page. Expenses made at the villa are quoted in IDR.

INCLUDED INCLUDED

Ratesnormal use of water, cost of electricity, tea and coffee, housekeeping services (including clean sheets and towels). Beverages from the fridge areincluded. Rates in the villas doinclude Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and beverages from the fridge. A cleaning and refilling of the fridge is scheduled daily. The cleaning includes a change of towels and sheets on average every 4 to 5 days. A more frequent cleaning is possible, upon request (within reason). Any excessive cleaning required upon departure, can be charged. No other additional services, non-mentioned here, are included.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of prepayments are refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier.

0%is refundable if cancelled within 60 days of planned arrival.

Refunds will be sent without transfer fees.

CHECKING IN & OUT

General check-in time is from 15:00 and general check-out time is prior to 12 noon, unless otherwise agreed.

OCCUPANCY NUMBER OF GUESTS

On arrival Guests will be asked for their passports or identity cards, so that the front office can register the Guests in accordance with regulations. The standard capacity differs per villa. We ask customers to state clearly during booking the final number ofguests who will be arriving.

If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, this must be agreed on booking and any changes must be advised prior to arrival. Sumberkima Hill reserves the right to refuse extra guests if the number exceeds the maximum capacity after a booking has been made. If extra guests arrive at the property on or after the arrival date unexpectedly, the Front office is within the right to refuse the guests or make an additional charge.

COMPLAINTS

If, during your stay in the villa, the Guest should runany problem or issue deemed as cause for complaint concerning our property, the matter should be taken up with The Front Office, so a solution can be provided if possible.

NATURE AND ENVIRONMENT

Since we are in the tropics and in the middle of nature you can expect to encounter insects and small animals like Cicak’s and Gekkos (animals that eat the insects) during your stay.

The views from the villas will vary depending on the season. The rainy season is typically from November until May and the vegetation will become greener. The dry season starts around May till November and the area around us will slowly become drier. More green surroundings can be expected starting Mid December to June on average.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
